Step by Step from Design to Product by Brandon for EWC
1. Design phase: This one is a very simple type treatment I created two weeks or so ago.
2. Sizing: Once the design is finalized I print out the design in black and white to get the sizing right on the shirt. So I tile the design in Illustrator and print it out. Then I mock the placement on a shirt, doesn’t really matter what color shirt.
3. Mock Up: I make what’s called a cad mock up which is basically shirt templates with the vector or raster graphics at the desired placement. (This step is enter changeable with step 2)
4. Final Product: The vinyls we had made of the design is not heat transferred to the shirts using a heat press and here is the finished product. For this graphic I just did vinyl since I’m only sampling and I just needed a few for the team and to take over seas with me.
That’s it. I wanna do more of these moving forward. Leave your thoughts below if you found value in the post, thanks.
